This site provides you with the ability to order Volkswagen branded merchandise online. All prices listed are GST inclusive.

Please follow the steps below to order through this website:

1. Please select a merchandise category to view the full range of items.
2. Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking on its picture.
3. Enter the qty of items you require and click 'add to cart'.
4. To add further items to your cart, please click 'other items' to go back to your current Volkswagen merchandise category. Alternatively, click on another merchandise category from the left side panel.
5. If any merchandise items are on backorder, these will be added to your Shopping Cart however please note these will arrive separately at a later date.
6. You can view your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking 'Cart Summary'.
7. Once you have completed your online shopping click "Checkout" and you will automatically be taken through to the online order form to finalise.
8. Please enter your address and payment details and then confirm. Your total amount payable is outlined on this order form (freight is automatically included). Once you have completed your details and checked the items ordered are correct, please click on the "Submit" button.

You will receive a notification email to confirm your order has been received.

Notes:

• Your order will be dispatched once your credit card details have been received and authorised by TPF.
• If any items are on backorder, these will be dispatched to you at a later date.
