How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to enjoy your Volkswagen Shop as soon as you receive your order. Please choose your items and sizing carefully!

If your clothing item does not fit on arrival, we are happy to exchange the sizing for you however please note stock levels are limited. Please return the garment with a copy of your invoice / receipt to the following address:

It is recommended that you email us prior to returning an item(s) so we can expect your parcel.
If we cannot replace your garment with your required size in the design, an alternate design will be offered. Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund. Please return garments by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.

• All goods must be returned in the condition they were received in, including the original packaging, i.e. polybags or boxes. Please note goods will be returned to you if not received in an acceptable refundable / exchangeable condition as outlined above.
• No goods will be accepted outside the 14 days of purchase without authorisation or proof of purchase.

The Promotions Factory respects the confidentiality of your personal information, and will never sell or share your details with external companies.

Financial information entered at time of order placement, is never stored to minimise risk of credit card fraud. Contact and delivery information is stored to facilitate order delivery and tracking.

How to Purchase.

Steps on - How to Purchase

This site provides you with the ability to order Volkswagen branded merchandise online. All prices listed are GST inclusive.

Please follow the steps below to order through this website:

1. Select the product you require by clicking on its picture.
2. Next to the size is the stock on hand. Check that there is enough stock to fill your order. If not, choose an alternative size/item or Freecall TPF on 1800 000 779 to discuss placing a back order.
3. Fill in the quantity required and click the "Add to Cart" button.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have ordered all the items you require.
5. Once you have completed your online shopping click "View Cart" to take you to your shopping list.
6. To remove an item from your cart, click on the 'Rubbish Bin' icon in the "Cart Details" screen.
7. Click on "Proceed to Order Form" button to submit your order and you will automatically be taken through to the online order form.
8. Please enter your personal and credit card details. Your total amount payable is outlined at the bottom of the order form (freight is automatically included). Once you have completed your details and checked the items ordered are correct, please click on the "Submit" button.

You will receive a notification email to confirm your order has been received.

Notes:

• Your order will be dispatched once your credit card details have been received and authorised by TPF.
• You will be contacted when back order items are available to confirm payment and delivery details. Backorder items will be charged when stock is available.
